Gabe's Hope is a Birmingham, Alabama based non-profit organization dedicated to helping families who have children with CHD (Congenital Heart Defects).
Many times parents are unaware their children have heart conditions until delivery. It can be a overwhelming time.
Gabe's Hope was started by Gabe's mom Amy in an attempt to provide families with more comfort while they wait for their children to get well, and support for those families who lose their babies. |
